The Role: We're looking for a Senior Buyer to join our team at our Gaydon site. In this role, you’ll be a key player in sourcing and delivering the parts and services that power our next-generation vehicles. Whether you're developing Electrical, Powertrain, Chassis, or Body commodity areas you’ll be helping shape the future of Aston Martin. You’ll lead the development of commodity strategies, manage supplier relationships, and proactively mitigate risks — all while identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring we meet technical, quality, and timing targets. You’ll also play a vital leadership role by managing and developing a team of buyers, so strong people management experience is essential. What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone with solid experience in a senior buying or procurement role, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Automotive experience is preferred, but we also welcome expertise from other sectors such as aerospace or motorsport. You’ll be confident evaluating costs, negotiating with suppliers, and influencing internal stakeholders.
