Schedule- Part- Time, 15.5 hours per pay period, 2:30pm to 10:45pm, every other weekend As a Resident Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our community, providing hands-on support to residents while fostering meaningful connections. Whether assisting with daily activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment, or simply being a friendly face, you’ll play a key role in helping residents live each day with dignity, joy, and companionship. As a Resident Assistant at Vivie, you will: - Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility. - Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills, respecting their preferences. - Encourage residents to engage in social, recreational, and wellness activities to enhance their quality of life. - Assist in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing resident spaces. - Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks while promoting a positive dining experience. - Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to nursing staff. - Welcome new residents and help them transition smoothl...
