Job description
The ICT Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging business stakeholders and ICT delivery teams to ensure that business needs are accurately captured, translated into actionable system requirements, and delivered successfully. The role supports digital platforms, operational systems, and data flows across Aftersales, eCommerce, Dealer Experience, Accessories, Pricing, Warranty, Fleet, IAM, and related domains. The analyst partners closely with Product Owners, business teams, and technical delivery teams to drive system enhancements, improve operational efficiency, and enable scalable, data‑driven solutions that support business growth and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Business Requirements & Analysis - Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and platform improvements. - Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and data requirements for ICT delivery teams. - Define and document business rules - Support backlog refinement and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners.
