Role: Sales Services Advisor (Customer Education & Adoption Services) Location: US Remote: Travel: Up to 25% to support sales opportunities Synonymous Business Title (s): Enterprise Education Architect Overview: The Sales Services Advisor for Education & Adoption Services within the Professional Services organization, is responsible for partnering with Sales, clients, and cross-functional teams to position, solution, and drive the sale of Education and Adoption Services (Organizational Change Management and End User Training). Aligned to Blue Yonder implementations, this role requires deep expertise in education and adoption strategies, as well as the ability to design, scope, and price EDU and Adoption Services offerings that support successful enterprise software deployments—particularly within supply chain environments. The role is a key contributor to services revenue growth across North America, ensuring customers achieve strong user adoption, business readiness, and long-term value realization.
