Cooley’s Hotel is looking for a hands-on, people focused leader to take ownership of our venue, our team, and the guest experience. We are looking for a Venue Manager, or a strong and experienced Duty Manager ready for the next step, who genuinely enjoys leading people, building team culture, and being part of a local venue that matters to its community. Because Cooley’s is a smaller venue, personal fit is everything. We need someone who will embrace the opportunity to be visible, involved and connected. Someone who leads from the front, takes pride in developing others, and brings the right balance of operational discipline and warmth. This role will suit a hospitality leader who wants to grow, have a voice, and work closely with HR and the leadership team as part of a developing training and coaching pathway.
