Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Food and Beverage Supervisor oversee daily front of the house operations, ensuring high quality guest service, staff management and compliance with health and safety regulations. Occasionally managing scheduling, inventory control, and collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to maintain high service standards. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY: Demonstrate leadership by example: ability to make decisions and good judgement calls. - Supervises food and beverage staff and monitor restaurant flow to ensure efficient service. - Resolve customer complaints promptly, interact with guests and maintain a welcoming Family Style service. - Oversee the daily operations of all aspects of food and beverage service on assigned shift.
