​Job Title: Property Manager Location: Columbus, OH Job Type: Full Time, On-site Compensation and Benefits $70-75K/year + commensurate with experience ​Health Insurance ​Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Property Manager to take the lead in stabilizing and revitalizing a distressed residential community. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property, with a key focus on leasing, collections, maintenance coordination, staff management, and financial performance.
