About the Role Intermedia is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our Contact Center product team, focused on building Agent and Supervisor experiences. In this role, you will help design and develop modern, high-quality frontend applications that power the day-to-day experience of contact center agents, supervisors and operational leaders. You will work on products and capabilities such as agent workspace, supervisor views, real-time operational experiences, monitoring, performance insights and workflow-driven UI experiences.
