Join our Team About this role: Join Ericsson Antenna Systems Rosenheim (Germany) as an RF Propagation and Antenna Engineer for Mobile Network Performance Simulation, where you'll combine antenna expertise and system-level thinking to improve real-world network performance. You will investigate how base station antenna products and emerging network developments affect coverage, capacity and user experience, and contribute to the development of simulation tools used for system analysis. Working closely with R&D, product managers and cross-functional teams, you will drive studies on antenna and system requirements and translate technical findings into actionable product and network recommendations.
