Responsible for developing and documenting product testing and inspection procedures to ensure product meets customer standards. Identifies issues and works with individuals and teams to eliminate the root cause of the problem. Role and Responsibilities: - Observe and enforce compliance with all established safety rules and regulations - Monitor Plant Intelligence Center to manage and prioritize product quality issues and attend meetings as required. - Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal Wilbert personnel to ensure specifications and standards are met - Maintain and audit the effectiveness of the Quality Management System - Monitor and report customer satisfaction data.
