Make an Impact with Us As a Solution Architect (SAR) at The Cloud People, you will take a front seat in a 100% customer-facing role within our Consultancy organization, guiding organizations through their digital transformation journey. You will play a key role in designing, architecting, and documenting optimal solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Working closely with business stakeholders, your mission is to understand complex business requirements and translate them into feasible functional designs—maximizing out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities and minimizing unnecessary customization.
