Advanced MRI Tech DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: - Performs a variety of technical diagnostic examinations associated with the operation of MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images of any designated portion of the body. Reports directly to the Administrative Director of Radiology and/or Medical Director of Radiology. The incumbents may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those stated in this description. - Plan of Care: Performs diagnostic imaging exams as ordered. - Decision Making: Collects, analyzes and interprets data within the scope of practice. - Performance Improvement: Is knowledgeable of and actively participates in implementation of PI plan. - Completes assignments within the time constraints allowed. - Contributes to a non-discriminating, non-hostile environment. - Practices safety management.
