The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years’ proven experience in a dynamic acquisition’s role. RESPONSIBILITIES: Initial Phases Lead the underwriting process for potential acquisitions Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality of data and information Summarize and make recommendations to senior leadership and/or IC Assist with broker discussions, negotiations, LOIs and PSAs Due Diligence: Lead the inspection and evaluation process Coordinate with sellers, third parties, and internal resources Validate underwriting assumptions, physical condition, etc. Analyze historical and comparable performance and identify value-add opportunities Identify and seek to mitigate any risks, e.g., tax exposure, deferred maintenance Prepare...
