The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Nortel and Cisco CUCM, strong networking skills, and the ability to work in high-visibility, customer-facing environments. This role requires a solid understanding of VoIP technologies, basic networking, and Bix cable termination skills. The technician will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunications systems to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities: System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain Nortel/Avaya and Cisco VOIP phones. Perform on-the-job training (OJT) for VoIP technicians as needed.
