Application Consultant Location: Glasgow: Salary: £59-74K (up to 15% bonus, private healthcare and 15% pension) Permanent, Hybrid (2-3 days in office per week) Help us create a better future, quicker We are currently seeking an experienced Application Consultant to play a key role in shaping and delivering a forward-thinking Digitalisation Strategy within a large, complex organisation. This is an opportunity to operate within a Transformation Value Stream, where you will influence application design decisions that balance both local business needs and global architectural standards. What you’ll be doing: In this position, you will take ownership of translating strategy into practical, scalable solutions. Working closely with Transformation Architecture and Strategy teams, you will define robust application designs and ensure alignment across programmes. You will also lead and develop a small team of Application Analysts and Administrators, providing clear direction, mentoring, and support to enable successful delivery and ongoing optimisation of solutions.
