Service Delivery Technician Job Description: Senior Managed Events Producer Role Overview: Seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Delivery Technician to join our Managed Events Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and producing live events for streaming broadcasts, with a focus on delivering exceptional virtual and hybrid/on-site meeting and event support. Qualifications: - Event Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of an event, from initial planning and scheduling to execution and post-event analysis, including metrics reporting and video editing. - Web-Conferencing Expertise: Utilize web-conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams (preferred), Zoom, Webex, BlueJeans, GoToMeeting, etc., with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Teams Meetings and Teams Town Hall solutions. - Production and Direction: Provide support for small to large-sized virtual and hybrid/on-site meetings/events, including production and direction duties. - Internal Client Support: Offer white-glove meeting/event support for internal clients and high-profile senior leadership, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. - Project Management: Manage projects related...
