Job Duties: Maintenance & PM: Performs preventive maintenance on electrical systems (elevators, generators) and general facility infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing). Ensures all work follows safety procedures and uses proper PPE. Repair & Troubleshooting: Diagnoses electrical failures using schematics and testing equipment.
