Description The Director of Talent Search is responsible for overseeing, administering, and continuously improving all Talent Search services, ensuring full implementation of grant and contract requirements, including the achievement of project goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include leading recruitment efforts to meet participation targets; ensuring high-quality direct services that promote academic success; and monitoring progress through data analysis and program evaluation. The Director maintains fiscal responsibility through sound budget oversight and grant management practices. Our Talent Search program is designed to assist motivated students who wish to continue their education after high school graduation by providing academic, career, and financial counseling services, encouraging them to graduate from high school and complete their postsecondary education.
