Position Summary: The Forklift Equipment Operator supports inventory processes, solutions, and strategies for the continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and order fulfillment quality; including cycle counts, data entry, tracking, reconciling, documenting, and reporting. Investigates and resolve inventory inaccuracies and provide root cause analysis and recommendations for corrective actions. Works with the Inventory Manager and Peers to brainstorm ways to reduce inventory discrepancy and possible theft or “shrink.” Compile inventory information and present it to management for effective decision-making.
