Your Tasks: Lead the Product Management team for Medical Controlling & Coding Set and communicate the vision, mission, roadmap and strategy for the value stream in alignment with business goals Assess and prioritize customer needs based on business priorities, project demands, and technical dependencies Analyse market needs and regulatory requirements across different regions, especially in the DACH region, to ensure the product roadmap reflects real customer and market value Work closely with R&D leadership and UX to align strategy and concepts, development plans, and delivery Engage cross‑functionally with departments such as Sales, Service, Support, Country Product Management, other Product Management Teams You play a key role in shaping the future of our ORBIS a...
