How You Will Make an Impact: This position is critical to the safe, efficient, and disciplined execution of Atlas’ capital projects. The Field Construction Manager serves as the on-site leader responsible for coordinating contractors, enforcing schedule discipline, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring quality execution across Sand & Logistics and Power projects. By providing consistent field oversight and proactive issue resolution, this role reduces schedule delays, prevents rework, improves contractor productivity, and strengthens accountability at the project level.
