The Biorepository Associate is responsible for assisting with a variety of routine activities associated with receipt, QC, and storage of clinical specimens. What you’ll be doing: - Assist with receipt of consignments and shipments. - Open shipments and perform quality checks on patient info forms, escalating issues to senior staff. - Facilitate long-term storage or client sample disposition. - Support and respond to after-hour alarms and other critical functions. - Assist in maintenance of equipment. - Manage supply inventory and general cleanup of workstations. - Perform various administrative duties as required. - Organize the work area as requested by management. - Handle receipt of compounds and control material, depending on the functional area. - Follow safety procedures. - Participate in continuing education through self-...
