Full Time Days Up to $5,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months The Laboratory Supervisor provides laboratory services to meet the needs of patients performed in compliance with all applicable regulation, standards and practices. Directs, supervises and coordinates functions and activities in any or all areas assigned and in which a professional license is held. Plans, organizes and supervises the activities of all employees in areas of supervision to assure the prompt efficient, accurate and cost effective delivery of clinical laboratory information, test results, and services. Ensures the delivery of quality laboratory services which meets the standards of practice, established policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations at West Boca Medical Center and/or off site at West Boca Medical Center Emergency Care at Coconut Creek. Assists in the administration of the laboratory department. Coordinates a wide variety of administrative, fiscal and technical activities to ensure efficient operation of all clinical laboratories.
