POSITION SUMMARY : A Patient Care Counselor ensures patients at our Surgery locations fully understand every aspect of their surgical procedure(s). In this position, the individual must be very knowledgeable about each phase of the patient’s surgery and be able to identify and educate all patients on their options for Clear Lens Exchange, presbyopic correcting and astigmatic correcting implant lenses. The employee is responsible for executing consultations, scheduling patients and performing preliminary testing to assist in counseling patients of their lens options.
