The Sales Order Associate is responsible for coordinating customer purchase order reviews and order acknowledgements, as applicable. The Order Entry specialist is also responsible for adherence to the company order processing procedure and following the Sales Order Entry Job Aid to create and process sales orders, process customer change orders, create interim orders to support work prior to the receipt of customer purchase order, rejecting interim orders, if customer order is never received, and updating order conditions and billing plans, as required for close-out of time and material (T&M) projects. The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for resolving queries with no to limited supervision. Also works with the automation programs to process data and inform the relevant requestor.
