We are recruiting an External Sales Team Manager to lead and develop our dedicated sales team. The External Sales Manager (ESM) will lead a team of Sales Representatives across Mainland UK (excluding the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland). The ESM is responsible for translating strategic objectives into tangible actions and measurable results, ensuring full alignment with business expectations at all times. The ESM has the autonomy to structure their own team and distribute the workload effectively to ensure optimal customer service. We are a customer-centric organisation, and we expect the ESM to organise their team with this mindset to guarantee the highest level of service to our clients. This role requires close collaboration with the Internal Sales team and other key departments/stakeholders.
