Monmouth University is seeking applications for on-call Lifeguards in the Fitness Center located in the Boylan Gymnasium on our main campus. Required Documents: - Resume or Curriculum Vitae Optional Documents: A pool lifeguard ensures swimmer safety by actively monitoring designated aquatic areas, enforcing rules, and responding instantly to emergencies. Key responsibilities include rescuing swimmers, administering CPR/first aid, maintaining water safety standards, and conducting facility checks. They must be certified, attentive, and able to work in high-stress, high-humidity environments.
