Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Manage all aspects around GBS Mobility Operations team within the framework of HR Services, providing excellent services and business competence regarding all Mobility related processes. As HR Services strives to combine competent and professional business partnering with a constant enhancement of services in an efficient and value-adding way, the role is vitally supporting this target by following key responsibilities. In adidas Porto we’re evolving our Global Mobility function into a more strategic, future-focused capability and w e’re looking for senior experts who can help shape this next chapter: defining processes while elevating the employee experience on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team between 6 to max. 15 people, ensuring full responsibility for team performance and execution in accordance with defined KPI‘s and Stream strategy - Monitor daily the international mobility / relocation requests and related areas service delivery, vendor management, team’s performance, ensure direct reports meet their individual tasks, deadlines and deliver according to established standards. - Ensure team’s management inc...
