Title: Space Stan/Eval SME KBR is seeking a Space Standardizations and Evaluations (Stan/Eval) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide on-site support to Headquarters Combat Forces Command (HQ CFC) located on Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO. A strong candidate has operational and Stan/Eval experience in space mission areas. In this position, you will: Qualifications: Required: Desired: - Provide oversight and guidance for Stan/Eval functions in HQ CFC Deltas and aligned units. - Oversee implementation of HHQ and CFC training policy, guidance, and directives. - Coordinate with HQ Staff and Deltas to assess training Stan/Eval effectiveness and compliance with HHQ policies. - Conduct formal assessments of Deltas. - Convene or participate in conferences and working groups to improve HQ Stan/Eval policies and procedures. - Review and coordinate on products for consistency and standardization across the HQ and Deltas. - Administer and oversee HQ CFC’s Spacecrew Standardizations program. - Assess the overall health of the HQ CFC Training program. - Evaluate lessons learned and ensure feedback is documented and provided to the Deltas, HQ CFC, and USSF. - Validate and verif...
