Responsibilities: The Providence Center Residential Assistant Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) Per Diem will perform, coordinate and monitor the daily non-clinical operations of the program. Duties and Responsibilities: The Residential Assistant will perform, coordinate and monitor the daily non-clinical operations of the program. Provide intake and orientation of new clients into the community. Conduct tour of the facility and make introductions. Problem solve and provide other support to clients as needed. Serve as a role model. Assist in new client admissions. Review rules and regulations, issue linens, assign bedrooms, sign appropriate releases, gather birth certificates and social security cards, etc. Work as part of a team providing a safe, therapeutic environment for clients. Facilitate community meetings and groups. Ensure a safe, clean and healthy living environment. Complete required reports and evaluations. Maintain strong boundaries, while treating each client with respect and dignity. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
