Service Manager – Early psychosis, Canberra Join a team redefining youth mental health About the role: As Service Manager, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of the headspace Early Psychosis (hEP) Canberra program. Partnering closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll provide strong operational and clinical leadership to deliver high quality, recovery focused care that makes a real difference in the lives of young people and their families. You’ll champion clinical excellence, drive service performance, and build a capable, motivated workforce, while embedding continuous improvement across the program. Leading the Continuing Care Team (CCT) and working alongside the Team Leaders of MATT and FRT, you’ll ensure robust clinical governance, seamless service integration, and consistently positive outcomes.
