Benefit eligible positions include: Overview: Eliot is seeking a Life and Career Coach to join our Juvenile Justice division program for court involved youth ages 13 to 21. This role is vital in supporting youth as they pursue their educational and career goals during residential treatment and community reintegration. The Life and Career Coach will collaborate closely with youth, program staff, and community partners to promote independence, career development, and personal growth. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and compassionate mentor with a strong background in case management, employment development, and life skills training.
