Job description

Duties & Responsibilities: - Always practice Safety protocols (including LOTO, and PPE) - Be able to identify quality issues and address each issue appropriately - Have strong problem-solving capabilities, prioritize activities to coordinate with customer requirements. - Be able to perform and coordinate scheduled tool changes efficiently - Sequence parts according to part number - Maintain the manufacturing work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion - Basic to complex assembly of parts - Ensure car parts meet the established standards of quality - Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards, conduct and monitor inspection of materials to ensure finished product quality. - Ordering HOT doors and sometimes delivering them to GM in their personal vehicle. - Held accountable when numbers start dropping down due to having door shortages. - Rotate with supervisor on weekends to conduct door auditing and housekeeping of the sequencing and carpet area. - Must be on time for shift meetings for pass downs. - Help conduct team meetings. - Help on the cherry pickers and forklift drivers when falling behind. - Make sure that everyone is wearing their PPE at all times check all...
