Job Description We are currently looking for an exceptional Early Years Assistant from August 2026. Key Responsabilities: Classroom Responsibilities (80%): Support the teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment aligned with IB PYP philosophy Assist in the preparation and organization of learning materials and classroom resources Support students during inquiry-based learning activities Work with individuals or small groups of students to reinforce learning Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and daily organization Support students’ social, emotional, and physical development Help maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment Supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities Team Responsibilities (15%): Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to support student learning Participate in team meetings and professional discussions when required Support the implementatio...
