The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Chronic Disease Health Educator to join our team. As the Chronic Disease Health Educator, you understand and actively practice our commitment to the Health Seeker by serving, building relationships and connecting with members who struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You will be able to create a safe, judgement-free, and encouraging environment that is friendly and non-competitive for participants. If hired for this position, you will conduct engaging, safe, and educational classes to accomplish the YMCA mission and goals. You will deliver curriculum to program participants in effective, meaningful, and compelling ways.
