FCI Residential is a part of Florida Crystals Corporation’s real estate division, which focuses on multi-family residential development in urban and in-fill areas. The real estate division currently has approximately 5,500 units in the development process throughout Florida. OVERVIEW: Responsible for the leasing process from the introduction to the resident taking occupancy and maintaining diligent communication throughout the resident’s tenancy. Interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and to deliver the highest level of customer service. DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and maintain first class customer service relationships with prospects and residents. - Ensure leasing office, tour path, model apartment, vacant apartments, amenities and general curb appeal of community is impeccable. Take Sparkle Bucket to spot clean any vacant available if necessary in order to maintain the high standard of which FCI Residential is synonymous for. - Sell the community’s features and services to prospects with thorough product knowledge of the property, sister properties and competitors. - Convert phone calls to tours, property tours to...
