This role requires a deep understanding of financial crime compliance, and a proven track record in investigation skills, with a specialism in Transaction Monitoring. You will lead a team delivering Quality Assurance across financial crime operations, overseeing key investigation processes. The role is responsible for designing and maintaining an effective QA framework, ensuring strong review quality, capability alignment, and identification of individual and thematic issues. Reporting to the Executive Manager, you’ll provide insights on review outcomes, emerging trends, and risks to support high-quality investigation standards across the financial crime ecosystem.
