OVERVIEW: Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop, refine, and assemble Executive Real Estate Committee (REC) Meeting and Trip packages, including all graphic exhibits and supporting documentation. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across contributions from Real Estate Directors, Development, Market Research, Legal, Construction, and Store Design & Planning. Materials are prepared for distribution to senior and executive leadership. Lead the development of all illustrative lease exhibits required for sites approved by the Real Estate Committee. Ensure exhibits meet standards necessary for lease execution. This role will be responsible for working in Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCad in order to produce the materials.
