Drivers Specialists are experienced problem solvers, adept at handling new challenges with actionable solutions. This role requires effective communication and the ability to navigate difficulties directly and proactively. This role also requires exceptional levels of reliability and a customer focused approach. Drivers are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and the accuracy of deliveries they carry out. Their daily functions include operation and care of delivery vans and trucks, accurate delivery of product, route management, usage of driver sheets and route materials, operation of handhelds and tablets, completion of daily paperwork, and organized truck offload. Drivers work overnight hours in a physically demanding environment that requires the ability to self-organize and self-motivate. Drivers are expected to have and maintain a professional demeanor and an excellent driving record.
