Job Title: Quantum Scientist, Quantum Computing Services Job Type: Full-time Job Location: Boston, MA: Reports to: VP of Quantum Computing Services Summary: QuEra is seeking a Quantum Scientist to join the Quantum Computing Services team at the QuEra headquarters in Boston. The team’s mission is to develop QuEra’s machines into cutting-edge quantum computing products and services; your role on the team will focus on the experimental aspects of calibration, compilation, and benchmarking. In this role, you will be working with physicists and engineers over multiple locations where QuEra machines are installed, and across various functions at QuEra covering R&D, software engineering, and application development. You will also interface with customers and collaborators to enable leading-edge scientific and demonstration projects on QuEra’s machines. Your initial focus will be on QuEra’s Gemini-class gate-based quantum computing systems deployed in Japan, the UK, and Boston.
