Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL , is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team at our outpatient Primary Care clinic in near-northwest side/ Wicker Park. - Prime Location : Practice in a walkable, energetic corridor with boutique shops, acclaimed restaurants, craft breweries, street art, live music, and cultural festivals.
