The Systems Engineer- Level II is responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of OCR computer systems. This position will install hardware and software to end users, manage various systems and ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations. They also will participate in system testing and recommendations for system improvements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Performs full lifecycle of installation, management, maintenance, and disposal of workstations and laptops. - Manages users in Active Directory and Microsoft Azure. - Manage Microsoft E365 tenant account, including user account license assignments, Exchange Online mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint files, and Intune. - Designs, tests and implements Active Directory Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) in coordination with System Architect. - R...
