Do you want to work hands-on with FPGA and ASIC development while designing processor and peripheral IP cores used in space and other safety-critical systems? At Frontgrade Gaisler, you will work close to the hardware, contributing to advanced system-on-chip solutions used in demanding environments for years to come. We are looking for a Hardware Engineer with a strong interest in RTL development to join our experienced team in central Gothenburg. What you will do As a Hardware Engineer, you will participate in the complete development process of system-on-chip designs based on our IP cores, from architectural design, development and verification, to implementation and prototype validation. Your responsibilities will include: Development of RTL models for IP cores and system-on-chip designs using VHDL Verification of designs and IP cores through simulation using VHDL and/or SystemVerilog FPGA prototyping and hardware validation of designs Implementation in target technologies, including both ASIC and FPGA Maintenance and development of our IP core portfolio and supporting infrastructure Validation, testing and measurements on completed devices Creation of clear and comprehensive te...
