Compensation Range: $104,000.00 - $116,000.00 Plus Incentive Bonus based on Performance Location: 1301 S Lamar Blvd , Austin, Texas, 78704 The Labor Relations Specialist is a senior-level role within the People function, providing strategic leadership and execution support for collective bargaining and the management of a unionised workforce. This position reports to the Chief People Officer and will work closely with the Chief Operations Officer as well as senior business leaders, with accountability for driving labor strategy initiatives and managing day-to-day progressive discipline and union grievances. This role requires a highly motivated professional with deep labor relations expertise, excellent judgment, strong executive presence, and the ability to lead across organizational boundaries in a dynamic, highly regulated environment.
