Job description

Job Summary We are hiring a Field Service Technician I to perform maintenance on stormwater systems and vegetation management across multiple job sites. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, operating equipment, and traveling. Responsibilities: - Maintain stormwater systems and manage vegetation - Operate equipment (mowers, UTVs, spray equipment, hand tools) - Apply herbicides safely and in compliance with regulations - Inspect systems and report issues - Load/unload materials and maintain equipment - Communicate with customers on-site - Follow all safety procedures and OSHA standards Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor - Comfortable using mobile apps/technology for reporting - Team-oriented and reliable - Valid driver’s license with good driving record - DOT medical card (or ability to obtain) Preferred Qualifications: - Herbicide license (or willingness to obtain) - TWIC card (or ability to obtain within 120 days) - Previous field, landscaping, or outdoor work experience Work Environment: - Outdoor work in varying weathe...
