The laboratory investigates the therapeutic potential for CRISPR/Cas9-mediated HLA-gene editing in autoimmune disease. This research spans the fields of molecular and cellular immunology, cell biology, and clinical immunology. This position will be responsible for planning and executing experiments under the direction of Dr. Roark.
