Commercial Finance Manager Italy & Greece

Job description

As Commercial Finance Manager you will be accountable for providing strategic financial performance analysis and business partner support to the Italy & Greece Business Units, including the Business Unit Directors, Sales Leadership, Customer Marketing and Revenue Growth Management (RGM). Whilst driving a culture of performance across the business you will also be accountable to simplify and standardise processes and tools in line with the regional model always ensuring strong stewardship and governance. You will be an integral member of the Finance team within the South Cluster and Europe and LAC region. You will play a key role in supporting business decisions through the optimization of trade investments and processes that will result in superior business performance. In doing so, you will play a key role in creating the legacy of the Bacardi business. The role is based in Milan, with a large percentage of time interacting with the local teams as well as Cluster and Regional Finance.
