Requirements: Job Overview: This position maintains and repairs all types of roofs as part of the services provided to the University community by the facilities management area to maintain university buildings. Work includes maintenance and repair of slate, tin, copper, hot tar, rubber and shingle roofs; gutters and downspouts and sheet metal work. Lays out and fabricates of duct lines, drip pans, metal louvers, etc. from flat sheet metal. Fabricates and installs items made of special metals such as ornaments, murals and cornice work.
