The Project Manager role within Ambulatory Facilities & Activations (AOI) will focus on Facilities Governance and plays a key role in enabling coordinated decision making across Stanford Medicine’s complex facilities environment. With multiple entities and hundreds of projects requiring alignment around space, capital, and operational resources, this role helps structure and manage governance processes that bring the right leaders together to make informed, timely decisions. The Project Manager partners closely with executive stakeholders to organize governance forums, prepare materials, track decisions and actions, and ensure clear communication across leadership levels.
