Your key responsibilities: As a Campaign and Customer Journey Manager you will: Sales‑driven campaign strategy Define the campaign strategy to accelerate product sales across the funnel (acquisition, activation, conversion). Ensure alignment between business objectives, messaging, channels, and activation timing. Customer journey design and optimization: Design end‑to‑end customer journeys focused on conversion, identifying key entry points, moments, and commercial levers.
